Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Pune is served directly by our own team; everywhere else goes by courier from our Dhayari facility.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.

• Pune city - same day where possible, next day otherwise
• Rest of Maharashtra - 2 to 3 working days
• Rest of India - 3 to 5 working days

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that a flat ₹60 applies, shown clearly in your basket before you pay.

Every order gets a reference like NA-7K3QW2. Enter it on our Track Order page at any time, or send it to us on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.

If something goes wrong

If a delivery is late, damaged or missing, call +91 8668999186 or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. We would much rather hear about it than not.
