What we collect

Only what is needed to get an order to you and talk to you about it:

• Your name, delivery address, phone number and email
• What you ordered and what you paid
• Basic, anonymous information about how the site is used

Payments

We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference for it.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. The only third parties who see your details are the ones that have to: our payment provider and the courier delivering your parcel.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules in India require. Beyond that, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Write to info@nourishagro.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
